At La Paloma, I design sensory-driven food and event experiences for retreats and intimate gatherings.
Every element is part of an intentional plan, from taste and scent to sound, texture and space, to create an atmosphere people feel and remember.
The goal is not just to serve food, but to create moments that stay with people forever.
Food, atmosphere and emotion shaped into one shared moment.
Make your guests fall in love with life again.

Frequently asked questions
What kind of events do you work on?
I design sensory-driven food and event experiences for retreats, private gatherings and curated group settings. Each experience is tailored to the context, intention and people involved.
What exactly do you offer?
My work can include menu creation, cooking, sensory concept development (scent, sound, playlists, table setting and spacial decor), and the overall flow of the experience, curating a program that fits your intention. Depending on your needs, I can support both concept and execution.
How do we start working together?
We begin with a 1:1 conversation via video call to understand your vision, the emotional intention of your event and the overall setting and budget. Once we agreed on a collaboration, I develop a concrete concept that translates across food, atmosphere and sensory elements.
Do you travel for events?
Yes, I work internationally and adapt each experience to the local environment, culture and setting.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Absolutely. My approach is flexible and informed by both personal experience and naturopathic training. I create meals that feel good, balanced and enjoyable without unnecessary restriction.
What are “micro-experiences”?
These are intentional moments within an event, such as themed dinners, cocktail rituals or music-led events, designed to shift energy and deepen emotional connection within groups.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally several weeks to months in advance, depending on the scale and location of the event. This allows enough time to design a cohesive and thoughtful experience.
What does pricing depend on?
Pricing depends on the scope of the event, number of guests, location and level of involvement. Each project is individually scoped.
Do you only work with retreats?
No. While I often collaborate with retreat hosts, I also work on private dinners and curated gatherings.
What makes your approach different?
I don’t just prepare food, I design how an experience is felt. I am very sensitive when it comes to emotional and sensory needs of people who invest in their free time and feel the need to unwind and explore something out of the ordinary. I work intentionally and love to provide a heartwarming, coherent experience that drives connection and lasting memory.
